Northwest Automotive would like to take a moment to address some concerning comments that have surfaced and been brought to our attention over the last 48 hours. Disturbing and insensitive comments and views have surfaced on social media that do not align in any way with our Christian values, beliefs, and moral business practices. Our business has unfortunately been unjustly subjected to rhetoric and judgment by these misaligned opinions and comments. Our deeply rooted connection with the local diverse community and fellow local businesses are a direct contradiction to any hatred, racist, or anti-political messages or rhetoric that may have been falsely associated with our business and our business family.
We would like to ensure the public and our customers that our business has never, and will never condone, tolerate, or support any racial, ethnic, antisemitic, or other inappropriate comments or actions by any owners or employees. As a business, we have gone to exhausting lengths to ensure our company is associated with Christian values, fairness, equality, and compassion, as well as community engagement and involvement. Therefore, ANY actions that are taken by an individual or individuals associated with Northwest Automotive that undermine our policies and practices will ABSOLUTELY NOT BE TOLERATED and will be dealt with swiftly, appropriately and sternly.
We as a business are here because of our customers and community — their trust, support, and belief in what we do. Every decision we make is guided by the goal of serving our customers, neighbors, and partners with respect and care. We will continue to listen closely, and take every measure to ensure our customers are valued, cared for and supported inside and outside our business doors.
