Broken bolt day, everyone been there there a nightmare usually. Just my luck I removed both on center, drill and reverse bit also worked by hand. Difficult as bolt holes bottom on pipe. Drilled most of bolt away down to nothing left. Couldn't be any better from a bad situation.

Finished Ted's bike with a really great tune, was able to lay down some perfect power/torque curves, the tuning came out on point with this set up after working out all the issues of newer gen 2 software glitches I encountered with Powervision. 126Hp and 131Tq out of a 117Ci Gen 2 with a Red Shift cam, and a Jackpot RTX 2-1 exhaust pipe. Great performance package with a choppy cam for those that want the chop. The rideability is just awesome from what Ted replied. There are no flat spots or lag or hard power band hit, just a smooth powerband from the bottom rpm range to top rpm. Thank you Ted

2024 Road Glide Gen2 117ci has that chop going on after a nice bolt in cam install.

Set up Mike's CVO Road Glide with some Handlebars 10" Arlen Ness risers and 4 inch rise bars for that t bar look. Bars feel great and comfortable now. Also put true duals Khrome Werks Exhaust on bike, sounds great now. This is a really awesome bike from the factory with the 121Ci, this bike rides really nice and handles very well. If you get a chance take one for a ride, Harley factory at its best. Thanks Michael Joseph

Couple cool motorcycles that rolled thru for some maintenance.A red 2001 Dyna Wide Glide CVO. And a private collection Detroit Bros. Chopper(Broken Spoke) and also a Jesse Rooke Original (Rooke8). Baggers are overrated in my opinion, it would be nice to see these come back around. I appreciate the simplicity, mechanical art, and the sound. Nothing like 2 valve cylinder head motors with drag pipes, M8 motors don't have the sound as good as a built Evo or Twin Cam.

Set Duke up with the Woods cam 22xe, he was tired of not keeping up with his boys. Now he won't be the last one anymore. Great power curves. The Woods cam works great for a bolt in cam, has the performance gain you need with the fuel economy also. Tunes real nice. I added a Khrome Werks Dominator exhaust system, S.E. manifold, Ventilator air cleaner with a TTS tuner also. Its a great bike to ride with only a bolt in cam. Ideal set up for a cross country bike also. Thank you Duke Phelps

Set Ricky up with a Bad Ass Street motor. 131Ci with 157 horsepower and 153 torque in STD correction, and SAE correction is 153hp and 149tq. Great street manners not over cammed. Foundation was built upon 170hp leaving room for a hotter cam down the road but not necessary for now. We wanted more low to mid than mid to high. The power curves look great and flat. Complete engine build with S&S Cycle, Inc. Flywheel,pistons, cylinders, Andrews Products Cam that M554 putting in the work, performance heads, Screaming Eagle throttle body.Tuned with TTS mastertune. Also had the transmission back cut by Andy, running a clutch set up & outer shell, primary shoe, &s comp ramp. Fuel Moto contender exhaust. And powder coating by Lo-Ko Coatings engine covers. I can say Ricky chose to do it all correct we covered the whole powertrain. Thank you Ricky and to all the parts vendors involved. It's a solid build of fun.

Mark's 2024 Road Glide is looking good. He chose some nice upgrades to clean it up and more to come soon. Murdered out the wheels with a new 21" front wheel with those cool cut lyndall rotors. Dropped the front lowered also with a custom cut front fender. Put a set of Ness risers on also for the t-bar style. And he found some cool looking floorboards to top it off. Also cleaned up the rear lighting with custom dynamics lights from the horrible original Harley factory design. Thank you Mark Mcclure
