Friendly reminder to stay safe during this week's storms. Yesterday was a few bad ones and more on the way today.

We've been experiencing a high rate of calls for storm damage on vehicles. During this time we are taking in more vehicles that have storm damage. We work with your insurance company to properly repair things the correct way to oem standards. We obviously aren't a body shop, but one of the largest compliments we get is against the largest complaints on insurance companies.

When dealing with a bad situation, a tree fell on the house and the car, you may be dealing with damage to your home and dealing with your home owners insurance and waiting for adjusters etc. The last thing you need is to repeat the process in a difficult time.

Call your insurance company and give them the heads up. After that everything is on us. We're here to help. We'll speak to your adjuster, we will document everything extremely well, we will handle any repairs we are capable of and the ones we are not, we make sure to use the best we know for their area of expertise. We all know the feeling and the process. Call insurance, explain what happened, get told to wait for adjuster, we wait for days before we hear from them, then we are instructed to drop the vehicle off at a repair center in network. Then we hear nothing about the repairs until we pick up the vehicle, pay our deductible and hope everything was done, and done correctly.

Our goal here is to avoid the painful process of guessing. We communicate every step of the way with what the vehicle needs, and updates of how each repair is going, and if something is not up to standards, we communicate that as well and have it repaired to those standards.

Some more updates from us!
A lot in for window tint, ceramic Coatings and paint protection film!

The Mercedes was paint corrected, got its windshield tinted with 70% super ceramic, and got our premium 5 year Angelwax Genesis.

The gt500 got its windshield tinted, just could not resist taking photos of one of my personal favorites.

The Grand Highlander got full front end ppf and 5 year gtechniq crystal serum light black ceramic coating and its 2 front windows tinted.

The BMW X3 26, first one in the country in its color was polished and coated with our 3 year American Detailer Garage Venom ceramic coating and side windows tintednin premium ceramic film.

The rover got super ceramic tint all around including its windshield and a free wash afterwards to clean up the matte ppf.

Just a ton going on over here constantly!

There's something funny about the detailing industry.

One thing I have ABSOLUTELY LEARNED in the 9 years we've been open, is that when a customer says "it's not that bad"... that's a trigger word.. your disgusting and we both know it.
If you say "oh my goodness it's awful I can't stand how dirty it is" it'll be a damn clean car with a tiny bit of dust.

See, this is all a mental human thing. Those who are accustomed to living in a dirty house or a dirty car typically get used to it and to say it's not that bad, generally means something really really bad happened that finally made them realize it needs to be cleaned.

For the ones who can't stand even a little bit of dust will generally see a small mess as the worst thing and it drives their anxiety.

Please don't be this guy who asked for a discount over the phone and said my express interior is more than what it needs. My guy, an express interior is a slight vac out and wipe down of an already clean vehicle for $45.

The thing about a business whether you are a carpenter, a plumber, a dog grooming service, or a Detailer, hell anyone in the service based industry, is that we have to pay employees and electric, material cost, crm hardware fees, phone bills, water, gas, electricity, taxes(because that doesn't get pulled until tax season) and advertising fees. That means (in my business) your $45 gets you about 15- 20 minutes of my attention. This job should be every bit of $800 for the 6 to 7 hours that's needed to restore this interior to its former condition. Keep that in mind when asking for discounts or telling us what you think it needs and telling us how to do our jobs.

Thank you to every one of you that made this past week so incredible!

We've had a record breaking weekend since opening our doors and plenty, I do mean plenty of work for just a 5 day period.

First we need to thank Zach for bringing us his second vehicle for a paint correction and full front end paint protection film(ppf). Next I'd like to thank Jeff for trusting us with a 2 step correction on his 18,000 mile all original 1976 Monte Carlo, Chad for bringing in each of his 4 vehicles for interior and exterior detailing(that time of year for the maintenance on them), Tom for trusting us yet again on another one of his new vehicles, I believe this is #4 or 5. He brought us his brand new 41 mile Acura MDX SH-AWD, for full front end ppf and a 5 year ceramic coating. Next we must thank the second Zach for brining us a brand new Tesla Model Y for full front end ppf and a driver package ppf(rocker panels) with a 5 year ceramic coating all around. Steve for brining us another new to him pickup(ram 1500) for ceramic tint on his front doors. And lastly Andrew for scratching our brains with alloy tint on a Mercedes. Lastly we need to thank Best of Show Automotive Detailing for helping us out and working on all of these with us!

Ok so here we go, attached are the photos of most of these.

Our Kia k4 in blue recieved a full polish with our Detail Addicts platinum plus protective polish and full front end Opticle paint protection film.

The white Acura MDX recieved a full polish, front end Opticle ppf and Angelwax Chicago Genesis 5 year ceramic and a 2 year glass coating.

The Ram 1500 had its 2 front windows to match the rear with Geoshield C2 ceramic film to block some heat!

The 1976 Monte Carlo came in because we met the owner when Rob Paz and myself worked the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals back in November. We performed a 2 step paint correction to remove swirls and live marks in the original black paint. This beauty had ONLY its battery replaced within the last 50 years and stays in storage out of the elements and has only 18,100 miles.

We've got a nice little yellow 2014 Porsche cayman s that can use some love.

I'd love to do much more to this, but it's for just a wash and wipe down of the interior. Let's see how well we can clean this up
