I love bringing the past into the present! Fresh fruits and veggies from the garden. Small batches. Lots of time. Lots of love. Uncontained flavor in every jar.

Marry the one who feels like home.
Grow far more tomatoes than any sensible household could ever use.
Learn the old, steady skills that once kept our great-grandmothers rooted and resilient.

Build a life where the pantry is full because your hands made it so.
Where summer evenings carry the scent of soil and green things,
and the stars shine brightly enough to slow you down and pull your gaze upward.

Let your days be counted in sunrises, warm loaves of bread,
and the quiet, ordinary moments shared with the people you love most.

It does not need to be grand to be deeply meaningful.
It only needs to be yours.
