Candice Ballard has several missions and purposes in life that drive her and fill her heart with happiness.
First, the youth will always hold a special place in her heart and the main reason she takes her prized hot pink and teal old 1977 Chevrolet SquareBarbie C10 to shows and events.
She wants to spread more happiness in this crazy, sometimes mean world. Smiles, hugs, fist bumps, inspirational messages.
Growing up as a kid all the way to adulthood, Candice was bullied and picked on. For the longest time, unfortunately, she let it dictate and ruin her days and life.
BUT, now she uses it with her messages and with SquareBarbie. THAT, YES, it's okay to be different.
It's OKAY to be a tomboy, a country girl, into trucks, into horses and pigs, dress crazy, be weird, have crazy hair, have skin imperfections, long legs, short legs, pale skin, spotted skin. Glasses, hearing aid, wheel chair.
You know how absolutely boring and plain this world would be if everyone looked and acted the same?!
If it wasn't for sins and mean-spirited hearts, the world would hold more love. People would love more.
You know most people get picked on because the other is actually jealous, inferior and intimidated. Sometimes, they lack real love at home and being unhappy and hating happiness fuels them.
CANDiCE also uses her trucks to bring more females into the automotive industry. Oh yes, it's perfectly fine for a girl to be into trucks and to hold a job in the automotive field. Females are actually more talented in some aspects and jobs due to their fine touches, details, thinking, and mindset.
And, ALWAYS, she tries to shout to the world that bullying is NEVER acceptable. There are many causes to what creates a bully and she wishes she could go to schools all over speaking on this important matter. But until then, she'll stick to car shows and events.
Don't forget, you never know what the other person is dealing with. It costs literally zero cents to be nice.
And never go a day without sharing a smile and holding a door open for a stranger.
