A few weeks ago we were approached by a young couple who just aquired a vintage camper van. They wanted it gone over and serviced before beginning a cross country adventure! During the time we spent with them and thier van they shared their desire to have a completly off grid solar system installed 🤔. Naturally I jumped at the challenge and fabricating began! Had to make sure charging wasn't an issue especially with limited roof space, so besides 2 panels in a custom built aluminum frame we installed a charging isolator so the alternator would assist while driving with charging but wouldn't interact with the Rv's batteries or electricle system. After 2 long weeks they hit the road a few days ago and just checked in with us from Kentucky! 4000 watts on demand and enough battery capacity to get thru the long nights! Thank you guys for being a part of the family!

It's always a good idea to make sure your mechanic uses coolant and not water (can't believe I'm saying this in 2026). Changing coolant is never a bad idea after years, much cheaper than an engine 🙄. Happy new year!

If your adding oil constantly, and you don't know where its going it's probably time to bring it in 🙄. This failed oil cooler went undiagnosed way to long causing a great deal of work and some other damage.

Tis the season for 928 timing belt services. Don't forget to service them before putting them down for the winter! And check your tires after a hard summer driving season for wear. If you're not impressed with what you see stop over for an alignment! This bmw flex disc was so worn and cracked it caused crazy shaking about 50mph! Some fresh paint on a lexus nose, and Joe keeping every buddy polished and looking their Sunday best! Especially that jag!!!!

All though we love the "P" cars, we never mind helping you out with any automobile! Even the occasional isuzu box truck that loses its transmission right by the shop 😂. But when a CL600 comes in after a 20 year nap its a privilege to bring it back to life 🍻
