I’ve never believed the goal of business should be to figure out how much money you can squeeze out of somebody.
The goal should be to figure out how much value you can give them.
That’s how I look at Brooks Window Tinting.
Do better work.
Use better products.
Communicate better.
Show up when you say you will.
Stand behind what you do.
Treat people the way you’d want somebody to treat your family.
And then do it over and over and over again.
There are a million ways to make a quick dollar.
You can buy cheaper material.
You can rush the job.
You can cut corners nobody will notice today.
You can stop caring the second the invoice gets paid.
That’s just never been what I want my name attached to.
I want somebody to leave here and feel like they got MORE than they paid for.
I want them to look at the finished product and immediately understand why they chose Brooks.
Because in my opinion, real wealth isn’t created by chasing money.
It’s created by becoming valuable to other people.
Solve enough problems.
Help enough people.
Provide an experience people actually remember.
Produce work people are proud to show their friends.
Do that long enough and the money follows.
That’s the kind of business I’m trying to build.
Not the cheapest tint shop.
Not the biggest just for the sake of saying we’re the biggest.
A company known for doing things the right way, taking care of people, and putting out a finished product that speaks for itself.
If Brooks Window Tinting becomes extremely successful because we helped thousands of people and consistently gave them something better than they expected…
That’s a kind of wealth I can be proud of.
Superior Quality.
Superior Products.
Superior Results.
