"I'm a retired guy that has been around for a long time and I am very impressed with Prosser's automotive.
The staff (owners, mechanics, and front desk people ) were all very friendly. The really showed they cared about my particular needs. I had the car towed in after hours on a Saturday. They needed to order parts ( including some body parts that had to be shipped in ). The repairs we completed and I had the car on Friday morning. Great experience from the original inspection and diagnosis to the completed job. I don't often get to recommend businesses because there aren't many that I feel gave me 5 Star service. Prosser's gets 5 Stars and my suggestion to give them a try."

"I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Prosser's when my 2010 Buick broke down on the road. I'm 71, that was no small issue to me. They were kind, very courteous, chivalrous even, and quite patient and respectful of an old lady!!
My car had quite a few issues contributing to the breakdown and it took some time, but they kept me informed, all the way, with the details in emails and pictures of the problems causing my old car's grumpiness!
When I got my car back I didn't recognize the new power and energetic ride I got but I am delighted with it.
Amazingly, they checked back with me to make sure I was getting a good drive.
