I had this memory pop up and I decided to share it cause as some of yall know my 929 is my favorite and it got fkd up in Hurricane Helene. I still stuck it on the transporter and brought it to Colorado with me cause it will be back on the road again. Im gonna make my dream a reality.

I had a small job to do in Boulder yesterday so I took my RockVan with me and hit up Flagstaff afterwards to make the most of my day and gas lol..
This use to be my favorite spot to come hang out at when I was young and living in Colorado and I’ve been wantin to make it back up to it ever since I got into RC crawlers years back while in NC..
Yesterday didn’t disappoint at all, I wasn’t up there long but enjoyed every moment of my alone time🥶

From being 7 feet under water in my shop during Hurricane Helene, to now running as smooth as ever-
Gotta love old school Suzukis!!!!

Yesterday was 1st time I’ve messed with this since getting to Colorado 2 yrs ago after HELLene. Still some work left but getting it running again was a huge step.

Huge shout out to my boy Lee for all his help in NC before this thing left and also for help through messages

His & Hers 1970 26” Schwinns..

The Ladies is an August of 1970 Hollywood that is all original and hasn’t been touched other then greased up. It rides like it’s brand new…

The Men’s is a September of 1970 Typhoon that has been upgraded with a 7 Speed Nexus, a nice set of aluminum wheels with Fat Whitewall Schwinn Typhoon Cord tires , a chrome Springer fork and and super comfy Cloud 9 seat. (I ride this one all the time- it’s gotta be comfy and ride good)..

$750 picked up

I really don’t want to have to deal with shipping these but if you have to have them- then of course I will.

I’ve got other Riders I’ll be posting as well as Projects, bare frames and parts… If you know any Schwinn people , make sure you share this with them and have them hit me up..

I’ve almost got my Garage/Shop set up to be able to take in paint work and small fab work like Bars and Frames etc….

I’ll add a matching Spare Into the deal..
Almost Matching- it’s a 5x5.5. But no biggie- run an adapter on the tailgate - still gangster as fk

I won’t add nothing to make it a set of 5.
But I’m gonna need $25 for the extra shipping.
So $675 ..

I stopped by JackWagon R/C & Hobbies in Greeley today and I happened to have my Hobby Plus RC Rock Van with me😜 So of course I had some fun messin around on their course and took some dope shots of it while doing so… Afterwards talked with the guys a bit and and then was on my way thinking about my next visit. Great place for sure!!!
