And just like that, the fleet expo is done! Thank you all for coming! What a day!

09/22/2026

Don’t forget — our Fleet Expo Open House is this Thursday! 9-24-2026
10 am to 3 pm

Come see what’s next in emergency vehicle upfitting.

We’ll be introducing DragonForge, our new online vehicle configuration platform, and giving you the opportunity to try it yourself.

DragonForge is designed to connect the entire vehicle-build process:

Configure and quote a vehicle online
Turn the approved configuration into clear production instructions
Carry that information through the shop in one connected system
Reduce waiting, rework, and unnecessary build time

The idea is simple: better information, better flow, better standardization, and ultimately faster, more consistent vehicle production.

At the Expo, you’ll be able to see that system firsthand and learn how we’re working to connect everything from the initial quote through final vehicle completion.

You’ll also get to:

Meet vendors and see new products
Watch live demonstrations
Tour our facility
See our fabrication, harness, graphics, assembly, and inspection processes
Learn more about the systems and theory behind how we build vehicles

Join us this Thursday and experience DragonForge in person.

See how your next vehicle could be configured online — and how that same configuration can help drive the entire build from order to completion.

This is more than a quoting tool. It’s a look at a more connected way to build emergency vehicles.

Register to attend if you have not already! https://2026expo.recdragonforge.com/

Larimer County Sheriff's Office was our first major client. Before Fleet Expo was anything — before vendors, before booths, before DragonForge — they trusted us. That means something to us.

So when we lost members of their family in June — a deputy, a sergeant, and the sergeant's son-in-law — it hit different.

We didn't plan this when we started organizing Fleet Expo. But it's what we're doing now. Any money left from booth sponsorships after the event is covered goes straight to the families affected by this tragedy.

If you've been meaning to register — for the Expo, for a booth, whatever — now you know what your participation is also supporting.

🚨 Fleet Expo 2026 is Coming! 09-24-2026🚨

If you're responsible for specifying, purchasing, maintaining, or equipping fleet vehicles, this is an event you won't want to miss.

Whether you're with Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Public Works, Utilities, Cone Zone, Transportation, or another fleet organization, you'll have the opportunity to:

✅ Meet leading manufacturers and industry vendors
✅ See the latest warning lights, vehicle equipment, technology, and accessories
✅ Watch live product demonstrations
✅ Enjoy free food
✅ Enter for door prizes and giveaways

Whether your organization sends vehicles to an upfitter or installs equipment in-house, you'll discover new products, ideas, and solutions that can help your fleet.

Are you a manufacturer or vendor?

Fleet Expo is designed to put your products in front of the people who specify, purchase, and influence equipment decisions for their organizations.

If you're interested in exhibiting, vendor booths are still available—but they're filling quickly. Title sponsorship opportunities are also becoming limited, so now is the time to reserve your spot.

Finally, while you're registering, take a minute to visit the "What Is DragonForge?" page for a preview of something we've been building that challenges many of the assumptions our industry has accepted for years.

We're excited to show you what's coming.

Today, our entire shop completed First Aid, CPR, and AED training.

After recently adding an AED to our facility, we asked our team who would be interested in receiving training on how to use it. The response was overwhelming; every employee on the shop floor wanted to participate. We were proud to make it happen.

We believe investing in our people means more than just providing tools and training for the job. It also means helping our team be prepared to respond when someone's life may depend on it.

A huge thank you to Thompson Valley EMS for providing excellent instruction and helping our team build the confidence and skills to respond in an emergency.

We're proud of our crew for stepping up and choosing to learn skills that could one day save a life.

Power has been restored. We are working on getting our crew in since it came on much sooner than expected but we still anticipate being short-staffed today

04/08/2026

We are currently experiencing a power outage at the shop this morning, and service is not expected to be restored until at least noon.

As a result, we’ve sent our team home and will be closed for the day.

If you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to call our main line: 970-292-8526.

Thank you for your understanding—we’ll be back up and running as soon as possible!

Great to see these Mustangs out in the wild!

From eyes in the sky to two and four wheels on the road, Colorado State Patrol uses a number of different vehicles to enforce safety on the highways, but there’s one in particular catching some attention.
