That’s a wrap for day one of the summer meet. Strong showing for the rotary clan. Car performed flawlessly as did

Currently sitting 6th in class (Track Mod) with a 1:37.6 Not bad considering the car isn’t really setup for this class.

We were unable to get the live stream going but have some killer footage. There’s live coverage on the gridlife Facebook and YouTube channels tomorrow.

Mid-Ohio bound for the Track Battle! First event of the year, competing in the track mod class. 🤘

Moving day! Transported these two beauties to their new home. As well as a garage full of tools and parts. Felt great to get back behind the wheel. Who else is missing track time?! It’s a good thing the FD was loaded with parts, the temptation to do naughty things was strong.

Last session of the day is usually bittersweet. Wishing you had more track time, but happy to go eat and rest. 😂

Generally the track is fairly clear of traffic, so there’s the potential to put in your best lap times, but you’re also tired from a long day of adrenaline dumps. You really have to known when to call it a day. Mistakes from fatigue can be costly. At this event we “dance into the light” 😜 and managed personal bests! 🤘😈 video and a peak behind the scenes to come.

Wing details: Kognition 70 inch element mounted about 12 inches above the hatch lid. It produces between 240-350lbs of downforce at 100mph. At 180mph and max AOA it’ll produce over 1,000lbs 😎You’ll also notice a RE-Amemiya diffuser we stole off one of our cars.
