Friday, May 1st is the official opening day.

This is a reminder that all lot rent & fees for the 2026 season are due no later than APRIL 15TH.
(Any payment received after the 15th will accrue a late fee).

You can send a check in the mail, pay by phone (3% fee), or drop off your payment on the following days:
Saturday, March 28th 10am-4pm
Saturday, April 11th 10am-4pm

**The Motel, RV Park & all amenities will NOT be open on those days. Office is open for payment collection only. No restrooms**

The official opening day of the RV Park is May 1st.

Everything works as it should, has been well taken care of. There were a few small leaks that have been repaired, and few cosmetic issues on the inside. Manual slides.

*Awning will need to be removed (it’s attached to trailer) as well as tongue put back on.

This must be removed from the park due to our 10 year rule.
