4 bedrooms in a SINGLE-WIDE?! 👀🏡

Say hello to The Julia, our newest lot model, and she’s making the most of every square foot! ✨

We’re talking an open-concept layout, a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a center island, tons of cabinet space, AND a walk-in pantry. 🙌

Plus, NO carpet, ceiling-mounted A/C vents, and blinds throughout!

Buying your first home? Downsizing? Just tired of paying rent? BESTIE, COME LOOK AT THIS. 🏡👀💗

Meet the Birch 🌿 She's affordable, she's practical, and she's got a floor plan that understood the assignment.

And the price?! $79,347. YES, YOU READ THAT RIGHT. 🤯

🛏️ 3 Bedrooms
🛁 2 Bathrooms
📐 1,140 Sq. Ft.
💰 $79,347

Now let's get into this layout because whoever designed it knew EXACTLY what they were doing. 👏

✨ Open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area so you can cook dinner, watch your favorite show, and still be part of the conversation.

✨ Split-bedroom floor plan because we love our family, but we also love a little PERSONAL SPACE.

✨ A private primary suite with its own bathroom because sharing everything is overrated.

✨ Two additional bedrooms for the kids, guests, a home office, or that craft room you've been manifesting on Pinterest.
