Your credit score is only ONE piece of the puzzle!

I’ve talked to so many people who assume, “My credit is good, so I should be good to go!” and then get blindsided when the numbers don’t work the way they expected

That’s exactly why I’m big on explaining the WHY behind financing instead of just throwing a payment or approval amount at you…

This one is so incredibly special to me and definitely a little bittersweet…
Edna has been with me since early 2023, back when I was still brand new to this career and she was one of the very first customers I ever had the privilege of working with🥹

Our journey wasn’t exactly a straight line.
We took a little break along the way, picked things back up when the time was right, and when push came to shove, we finally found THE future dream home that worked for her!
From there, the rest is history🏡✨

Over these last few years, Edna became so much more than just a customer to me.
She is genuinely one of the kindest, sweetest, most wonderful human beings I’ve ever met, and I can say the exact same thing about her entire family. They will always hold such a special place in my heart🩵

The bittersweet part is knowing I won’t get to talk to her nearly as often now that our home buying journey is officially over😭 BUT I couldn’t possibly be happier, prouder, or more excited for her. After everything, we FINALLY made it to this beautiful milestone, and there truly isn’t anyone more deserving of it!!🫶

While we did hit a slight rough patch at the beginning when it came to choosing the right lender, they never let it discourage them! They stayed optimistic, trusted me and the process, and were diligent every step of the way

I can’t tell you how MANY people come in apologizing because they “don’t know anything about buying a home”🏡🥺

The truth is… how could you?!?🩵

Unless you’ve bought multiple homes, why would you know the difference between things like:
pre-qualifications, pre-approvals, DTI, land in lieu, chattel loans, or any of the other terms we throw around🤯📚

(That’s literally my job👏☺️)

My goal isn’t to overwhelm you with mortgage lingo💁🏽‍♀️
It’s to break everything down into -plain English- so you actually understand your options, feel confident, and know exactly what your next step should be✨🏠
