Well folks....With some help from a fellow racer Mikey Sargent.....and the approval of the family....every racer competing in the 4th of July run will receive this AMAZING memorial sticker in honor of Sherm Kimple! Thank you Mikey for all your help and Jr for providing the pictures. He was a good friend and great racer. We will always remember him.

In addition to racing we will have lots of activities for the kids. We will also have shredded BBQ chicken sandwiches available for purchase or as always we have 2 grills anyone can use. If you are planning on camping please give us a heads up so we can maximize our space. We are still making plans and adding things so if you have an idea or want to donate/help out please let us know. Looking forward to some amazing fun as I think we could all use it.

Hello race fans. As we are quickly approaching the 4th of July I was hoping to start getting an idea of who/how many people are interested in attending. We will be having camping and activities for the kids. PLEASE NO ANIMALS. There will be food and fireworks and most of all fun!

Well unfortunately Mother Nature has not been kind. As it is still raining pretty good here at the moment and has been for several hours we are not going to be running today.

Prattville Raceway was sad to hear of the passing of Kyle Busch this morning. Our hearts and prayers are with the family and fans who knew him, cared for him, or supported him. May you rest in peace.

According to reports from the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office, Troy Allen Ernst, 49, of Osage Beach was killed in a racing incident near the SW area of Lake Afton Park near the lake.
The track has been in operation since 1961.
Sedgwick County EMS along with Sedgwick County Fire District 1 personnel administered first aid but Ernst died at the scene.
According to his obituary, Ernst graduated from Camdenton High School and is survived by his children and grandchildren.
Funeral visitation for friends are planned for Wednesday, May 13, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Hedges-Scott-Millard Funeral Homes in Camdenton. A service will be held at 6:00 p.m.
Arrangements are under the direction of Hedges-Scott-Millard Funeral Homes, 1270 S Business Route 5, Camdenton, MO 65020 (573) 346-2090.

I know the schedule says we are running this weekend but it's an error! Prattville Raceway is not running this weekend as it is Mother's Day weekend. Go see your Momma and do something nice for them!
