Grandson Mason Eady. Made his racing debut at the Hot Shoe 100 in Kalamazoo. The 4th generation driver started 17th in the New Shoe on Friday. Finished 11th. Qualifying for Saturdays Hot Shoe was a second quicker than Friday. However he did not qualify for the A main. He was consistent with an 11th place in the b. Pops is proud of you. Great first time. Keep digging.

UPDATE: We will not be racing today! We decided to scratch the day after a trip to urgent care.

It’s a beautiful day for some racing!

Today will be one for the books as the fourth generation of our family officially hits the track for the very first time. Watching our family’s love of racing continue through another generation is something we’ll never forget!

Come on out to Owosso Speedway to watch Mason in action! Racing starts at 6:00.

It’s no secret, our farm stand season is a little different this year.

Sometimes, despite planning everything just right, life has other plans. Things have been heavy and right now our focus is exactly where it needs to be a to be.

Things are growing, mostly weeds at the moment. But, nonetheless, we are pushing through. We are looking forward to tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, peppers, and green beans.

Here is what we tentatively have in mind:
•There will most likely be some produce later this summer. Later than normal and in smaller quantity.
•Depending on what we have to offer, the farm stand may only be open a few days a week rather than everyday. Daily harvesting isn’t going to be feasible, I am aiming for twice a week. Anything extra, produce wise, will be on a “pay what you can” basis. I am not anticipating having large quantities for canning and freezing, but who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Once life settles down 🙏, I am hoping to plant a few thing for a fall garden. Looking at carrots, pease, radishes, greens, and possibly cabbage and broccoli.
