π POSITION #2: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
π Do you have DMV or trucking permit experience?
π Are you bilingual? (Spanish preferred!)
π Do you handle customers with confidence and professionalism?
We are looking for a strong CSR who can handle paperwork, customer communication, and fast-paced daily operations with ease.
π₯ Responsibilities:
β’ Assist customers with DMV services and/or trucking permits
β’ Process paperwork accurately and efficiently
β’ Answer phones and assist walk-in clients
β’ Maintain organized files and documentation
β’ Deliver outstanding customer service every day

Preferred:
β’ DMV or trucking permit experience
β’ Bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred)
β’ Detail-oriented & dependable
β’ Strong multitasking skills
