Summer is here and it is so nice to have space and a yard to yourself. Nice to be able to plant a few vegetables, or a few flowers, to sit on your deck and enjoy the trees and hear the birds chirp. Nice to take a walk or a bike ride on the East River Trail, right across the street. Nice to go for a walk through the community and smell grass and see your neighbors outside, or enjoy the park with your children or grand children. Just...Nice.
