Digital Print & Decorative Film Production Specialist

TNT Signature Glass Design, LLC is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented person to help develop a new custom print and decorative film division within our company.
This is a start-up position within an established company and will begin as part-time, with the opportunity for additional hours and growth as this part of the business develops.
The position combines computer design, print production, material preparation, and hands-on fabrication. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating visual products, working with design software, and turning customer ideas into finished decorative window film and graphic solutions.
Experience with large-format printing or graphic design is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has strong computer skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn.
Position Summary
The Digital Print & Decorative Film Production Specialist will help build and operate our custom print and decorative film department.
Responsibilities will include creating and preparing artwork, operating our HP large-format printer, producing custom printed window films, and preparing decorative films and graphics for residential and commercial installations.
Because this is a developing part of our business, the right person should be comfortable helping establish processes, organize production, test new ideas, and grow with the position.
This role will work closely with management, office staff, installers, and customers to ensure artwork, measurements, materials, and finished products are accurate and ready for installation.

Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Artwork Preparation
* Create custom artwork and designs for decorative window film projects
* Prepare customer logos, graphics, patterns, and artwork for printing and cutting
* Adjust artwork to fit specific window sizes and project dimensions
* Create privacy bands, custom patterns, logos, branding, and decorative designs
* Review artwork for accuracy, resolution, sizing, and print quality
* Create digital proofs for customer approval when needed
* Make revisions based on customer or project requirements
* Maintain organized digital artwork and production files
HP Printer Operation & Print Production
* Operate and maintain our HP large-format printer
* Load and manage printing materials
* Set up print files and production settings
* Monitor print quality and make adjustments when necessary
* Perform routine cleaning and basic printer maintenance
* Track ink, media, and other production supplies
* Troubleshoot basic printing and production issues
* Maintain a clean and organized print production area
Decorative Window Film Production
* Produce custom decorative window film for commercial and residential projects
* Prepare printed and specialty films for installation
* Measure, trim, cut, w**d, mask, and organize materials as required
* Produce privacy bands, patterns, logos, and custom designs
* Work with frosted, decorative, printed, and specialty window films
* Label and organize completed materials by project
* Inspect finished products for quality before releasing them to installers
Project Coordination
* Review measurements and project details before production
* Confirm that artwork and materials match customer-approved designs
* Coordinate with installers to ensure materials are prepared correctly
* Communicate with office staff and management regarding project status
* Help prioritize production based on installation schedules and deadlines
* Identify potential artwork, sizing, or production issues before installation
* Help develop production procedures and organization as the department grows
Qualifications

* Adobe Illustrator

* CorelDRAW or similar graphic design software
* RIP software

* Latex printing
* Vinyl cutting or plotter equipment

* Vinyl graphics and signage
* Vehicle graphics or wraps
* Printing and sign production

* Custom wall or window graphics
