Iron Nation Services LLC is a growing mobile diesel repair company based in Glenrock, Wyoming, serving heavy equipment, commercial trucks, semi-trailers, agricultural equipment, and fleet customers throughout Wyoming and the surrounding region.
As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.
We’re looking for a dependable, motivated technician who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow with a company that values integrity, quality workmanship, safety, and work-life balance.
Whether you’re an experienced technician ready to work independently or a recent diesel technology graduate eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
💰 Compensation
• $27.00–$38.00+/hour DOE
Starting pay is based on your experience, skills, and ability to work independently. Exceptional candidates with advanced diagnostic abilities and the ability to independently manage a service truck will be compensated accordingly.
Performance-based wage reviews and advancement opportunities are available as responsibilities grow.

• Monday–Friday schedule (generally 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)

🔧 Responsibilities
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Repair and maintenance of diesel trucks, semi trailers, heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, and fleet vehicles
• Hydraulic, electrical, air, and mechanical system repairs
• Preventive maintenance and inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional service truck
• Provide courteous customer service while working independently in the field
• Complete work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
✔ Qualifications
We’re interested in applicants across a range of experience levels, including:
• Experienced diesel/heavy equipment technicians
• Diesel technology graduates
• Individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
Successful candidates will have:
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Pride in quality workmanship
• Dependability and integrity
• Professional communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
