Most shops can run a diagnostic on a Mercedes. Far fewer actually understand what they’re looking at. At The Benz Shop, we specialize in these vehicles because that depth of knowledge makes a real difference—in how fast we find the problem, how accurately we fix it, and how your car feels when you drive away.

Two things Adrian sees more than he should:
1. Brake jobs where someone put new pads on old rotors and called it done. Or worse, installed the pads completely backwards.
2. Sprinters with DEF warnings that turn out to be leaks from the injection nozzle or delivery pump, not just low fluid.

10/28/2026

Sprinters are built to work hard, and when something goes wrong, you need a shop that knows them well. The Benz Shop has the experience and tools to diagnose and repair your Sprinter correctly, keeping downtime to a minimum and getting you back on the road where you belong.

Your Mercedes is overheating. Your AC blows warm. There's oil on the driveway. The window stopped moving. The key turns, but the car won’t start.

Adrian knows where to check for each problem. And the Benz Shop has a fix for each one.

Every vehicle that comes through our doors gets a complimentary inspection—on us. It’s a simple way to make sure nothing gets overlooked and you leave knowing exactly where your car stands. No obligation, no surprises.

Some shops will tell you a fluid change and filter will fix hard shifting on a 7G or 9G transmission. Adrian says not so fast.

It could be that simple. It could also be a valve body. It could be a full rebuild. The answer lives at the bottom of the pan, and The Benz Shop will find it.

Google will ask you a hundred questions about your check engine light and still not give you an answer. We can.

Suspension sagging, battery dying, hybrid warning lights. Every one of those has a list of potential causes. Adrian knows where to start on all of them. And yes, The Benz Shop works on hybrids too.

When that light comes on, the worst thing you can do is ignore it. At The Benz Shop, we find out exactly what’s triggering it and what needs to be done—no guessing, no upselling on repairs you don’t need. Just a straight answer and a plan to fix it.

Electrical issues in a European vehicle can be tricky to track down without the right tools and experience. At The Benz Shop, we diagnose and repair electrical problems accurately the first time, so you’re not chasing the same issue twice. If something isn’t working the way it should, bring it in and we’ll figure it out.

The customer went to the dealership first. Didn’t like the quote. Came to The Benz Shop instead.

Brandon isn’t cutting corners on the labor. Axles out, engine mounts off, subframe dropped. That’s what the platform requires. But The Benz Shop worked something out and earned the repair. A 124,000-mile inline six All Wheel Drive X3 deserves to be done right, and that’s exactly what happened.
