Part of what we get to do is bring in amazing students like Evan, to give them experiences beyond the classroom. Evan has been a wonderful addition to our team and we enjoy seeing him day in and day out! Congratulations, Evan!

Special thank you to his Team Lead, Sarah Garrett, who has gone above and beyond to ensure Evan continues to learn and grow during his time with us. 🙂

We are highlighting Evan Sanders, who currently works at AMS Seat Structures. Evan, the son of Shannon and Andy Sanders, is a welding student and thankful for the opportunity to learn more about that industry.

🎉 The wait is over!

At the beginning of the year, JR Manufacturing was proudly acquired by the Angstrom Group. As we begin this exciting new chapter, we’re also stepping into a new name: AMS Seat Structures.

While the name may be new, the hardworking team, dedication, and drive that built our success remain the same. We’re excited for the growth ahead and grateful for the incredible team that continues to move us forward every day!

After 15 incredible years in our hometown, our company’s Japanese President, Shin Omae, and his wife, Sato, will soon be returning to Japan to be closer to their family. While we will miss them dearly, we’re excited to celebrate all they have done for our company and our community.

They embraced Ohio and truly made it their home. Many of us joked that they were the most famous Japanese family in town (especially since they were our only Japanese residents!) — and we’ll always be grateful for the warmth, kindness, and leadership they shared with us.

Come help us wish them well as they head off on their next adventure. Everyone in the community is welcome!
