**Sprinter owners: a DEF warning doesn't automatically tell you what needs replaced.**

DEF countdowns, check engine lights, limp mode, and loss of power can be caused by several different problems in a Sprinter's emissions or engine-management systems.

That's why we don't like diagnosing them by fault code alone.

Sprinter repair is a major part of what we do at Benz Tech. We use Mercedes-Benz XENTRY diagnostic equipment to test the system and determine what's actually causing the problem before recommending repairs.

Oil leaks are one of the more common BMW problems we see at Benz Tech. Sometimes the first sign isn't even oil on the driveway—you may notice a burning smell after driving, a little smoke from under the hood, or find yourself adding oil between services.

The important part is figuring out **where the oil is actually coming from** before replacing anything.

Our team works on BMWs every day and uses a diagnostics-first approach to find the source, inspect related components, and give you clear recommendations on what should be repaired now and what can wait.
