A huge thank you to the volunteers who dedicated their Saturday to helping with the next phase of our timing system project.

Thank you to Daniel Black , "Old Skool" Scott Sloan, Herschel Smothers, Wade Shepherd, Stanley Bates, and JW Irvin for giving your time, effort, and expertise to help move this project forward.

The main infrastructure work has now been completed, and the next phase will be networking everything together and continuing to prepare the system for use.

Projects like this take a lot of behind the scenes work, and we are grateful for the people who continue to step up and support DeSoto BMX and Metroplex BMX Group.

Thank you again for helping us keep improving the facility for our riders, families, and future events.

Practice: 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Registration & concessions: 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

DeSoto BMX welcomes riders of all skill levels, from first-time riders to experienced racers. Whether you are brand new, working on the basics, or getting ready for the next race, come out and ride with us.

One day memberships are free. Don’t have a bike? We have free loaners. Don’t have a helmet? We have free loaners. A long sleeve shirt and pants are all you need.

Reminders:
✅ All riders must check in at the shack before getting on the track.
✅ All riders must have their knees and elbows covered by either pants and long sleeves OR knee and elbow pads.

🚦Saturday March 15th Desoto BMX Texas State Qualifier double point race • sign ups 9 to 11 am • practice begins 9:30 am (age bracket see schedule) • $35 class/cruiser • $15 balance bike • awards for 1st thru 3rd place 🚦

🏁🔥 Pro-Am entry fee $30 • must race class or cruiser • 15 expert and up 🔥🏁

Friday Night Races at Metroplex BMX 6:30 - 7:30 sign ups, race ASAP. Free races for all Veterans tonight. If you have a flag for your branch of the service bring it tonight for the parade lap. If you don't ride we can have one of our young racers carry it.
