🌈⭐ The More You Know: Texas Heat Edition ⭐🌈

When it’s really HOT outside, your car’s A/C system is already fighting for its life.

After your vehicle has been sitting in the sun, the air inside can be WAY hotter than the outside temperature. So if you immediately hit **recirculate**, your A/C is just pulling that trapped oven air back through the system over and over again.

Better move:

✅ Start the A/C on fresh air/normal vent mode
✅ Crack the windows for the first couple minutes
✅ Let the super-heated air escape
✅ THEN switch to recirculate once the cabin starts cooling down

Think of it this way: don’t ask your A/C to refrigerate a pizza oven. Let the hot air out first, then trap the cool air in.

Stay cool, DFW. Your A/C is trying its best. 😅❄️

AccuWeather is warning that a serious heat dome is bringing 90° to 100° temperatures across a huge part of the country, and Texas heat does not gently knock. It kicks the door in, cooks the dashboard, and starts testing every weak part on your vehicle.

Before we get fully scorched, now is the time to get your vehicle checked out.

Extreme heat is brutal on:
