TOM'S AUTO BODY: Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
Tom's Auto Body is considered an "Essential" business, so if you need repairs on your vehicle, we are open!
The health and safety of our customers and employees is incredibly important to us. To prevent the spread of coronavirus, we are following the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials and are adjusting our business accordingly, so we are following these steps:
•We will allow for adequate space between our customers and employees.
•We can take all your information over the phone.
•We can provide digital paperwork upon request.
•We have a key drop in the front garage door, or you can leave your key in your car if we are open and we will get them.
•We ask that you remove all personal items from your vehicle at drop-off.
•We are wiping vehicles down before and after contact to protect you and our employees.
•Vehicles will be disinfected after repairs are complete.
•We are also cleaning and disinfecting our facility daily.
If you don't want to leave home:
•We can give you an estimate for repairs on your vehicle using detailed photos submitted via email.
•We can pick up your vehicle for repairs and drop it off after the repairs are complete.
