I wanted to share this badass TRX build we did at the shop. These trucks are so nice and run their asses off with some mods! Here are the build specs and results:

Kong Performance ported supercharger, 2.75" upper pulley and ATI 10% overdrive balancer
Brian Tooley Racing cam kit
JMB Performance & Powdercoat, LLC 5" TRX cold air intake
Stainless Works headers
CORSA Performance Exhaust
Fuel Injector Clinic Fuel injectors

Truck was tuned on E85/flex fuel by Jeremy N&N performance and made 914 RWHP/757 TQ. Stock bottom end/heads, 20 ish psi of boost.

HP Tuners unlocks
DSX Tuning flex fuel kit
Speed Engineering Long tube headers
&NPerformance ECM tuning 93 octane and E85

Car made 506/469 on 93 octane fuel and 534/507 on E85. Looks to be making a little vacuum up top and HP leveling off slightly. I think it will make a little more HP with a better CAI on it. This is the first one we have tried E85 on and it really likes it. Drives, sounds, runs great...really love these cars!

The Demon 170 build is wrapped up and running very well. After a few pulley changes to lower the boost, we ended up right at 1200 RWHP and 970 TQ. We felt this was a good spot to be at and not leaning on the tune too hard. I can't wait to get this to the track in a couple months to see how it does!

Here is a rundown of the mods done, and companies involved with the build:

Kong Performance 2650 supercharger, 130mm throttle body, and adjustable tensioner assembly with 15% OD balancer and 2.75" blower pulley.

Little idle teaser on the Demon 170 build. It sounds so good! I’ll put together a mod list with some dyno videos soon.

Most that know us here at the shop know that we have been into these things for 10+ years and are out nearly every weekend riding. We have been working on and testing my personal 2022 CanAm x3 RR and 2023 CanAm Defender. This particular X3 I bought new and it has been plenty fast for the type of riding I do, but there were several things that really got on my nerves-mainly throttle response, torque limiting, and top speed limiting. Since HP Tuners started offering tuning support for the newer MG1 ecu on these machines, we sent mine in for the unlock and started the upgrades and testing.

With 93 octane fuel and tuning, it checked the boxes of what I wanted out of the machine-but we wanted to take it further, you know, for science.

On this build we have a lot of top notch Evolution Powersports parts
•Shift-tek-P Trail Clicker ultimate clutch kit
•Intercooler piping/blowoff valve
•high flow air intake
•billet catch can
•billet intake brace
•fuel pump upgrade
•We also used Fuel Injector Clinic 1200cc injectors for e85 testing on the dyno (hopefully this week) to compare some gains.
Right now it is running on 93 octane and
VP Racing Fuels additive to bring it to 100 octane.
•My man N&N performance always willing to accept a challenge and try som**hing out of the norm for us got it dialed in with HP Tuners.

This thing rips, blows the tires off easily, and is much more enjoyable to drive all around. I have put this machine through the wringer and can confidently say we are ready to offer tuning and installs for your SXS needs.

Our good friend ran some killer numbers at the track a couple weeks ago with his Redeye that we built. This car has all the bells and whistles, and no doubt will be mid 8s full weight (almost 5000 lbs) with some more seat time and tweaking. My Team had a lot of time in this build, and for the first time at the track on this current setup we are very happy with how it turned out so far.

We got the opportunity to do a “Bravo Lite” twin turbo setup on a 2024 C8 a few weeks ago. Peitz Performance Tunes kit for these cars is very nice quality, fitment, and working with them during the process was awesome. This particular kit has Precision Turbo & Engine 6266 ball bearing turbos and is the first step for any other future mods on this car. With just 5 psi it made 600 rwhp and made this car so much more fun to drive-plus turbo noises makes the experience 🔥🔥. My crew killed it on the install and I’m very happy how this turned out. Can’t wait to cam it and turn it up a bit with some other supporting modifications needed!

I’m selling my 2016 C7z 3LZ with 12,000 miles and about 2000 on the build if anyone is interested. Quick rundown of mods are:

-Forged stock cubic inch LT4 engine, Callies ultra I-Beam Rods, Callies dragonslayer crank, diamond pistons, ARP head and main studs, Brian Tooley Racing stage 2 camshaft with 38% pump lobe, AFM delete, and supporting valvetrain
- Racing Holley Dominator port injection kit with Injector Dynamics ID1050x fuel injectors
-American Racing Headers headers and x pipe, stock muffs
-Cordes Performance Racing & Sales low side fuel system
-AlkyControl m**hanol kit
-RPM Transmissions flexplate and billet drive cone
-ProCharger Superchargers F1-X supercharger and bracket with upgraded idlers, Procharger sheetmetal intake with port injection, ATI balancer.
-Custom air to water intercooler system with heat exchanger and HX tank in trunk
-Carlyle Racing 15” conversion kit

Tuning by Shane Hinds LLC got the tune dialed in. Car is making 1100 RWHP on my Mustang Dyno on 93 pump/m**h with some room to grow. Car is setup to run e85 and would make 1200+ on it but will need a Fore triple in-tank fuel system to do so.

Car needs nothing and drives perfect, is 9/10 condition in and out, freshly detailed and 100% ready to go rip the streets or run at the track.

Awesome ZR1 back for some more upgrades to get it over that 1000 rwhp mark.
We previously installed Brian Tooley Racing stage 4 PD camshaft, Frankenstein Engine Dynamics LLC CNC ported LS9 heads, DSX Tuning secondary fuel system, Injector Dynamics ID1300s, American Racing Headers 2” primary headers and xpipe going through Akropovic mufflers.

This round we added Kong Performance 2650 supercharger, 112mm throttle body, Carbon 5” CAI, dual pass billet lid, billet tensioner. We also added AlkyControl dual nozzle m**h system to help with fueling. Tegan fabbed up a custom m**hanol reservoir in the front fenderwell and catch can system. Tuning by Shane Hinds LLC behind the keyboard got it to make 1029 rwhp 805tq at 23-24 psi, SBE LS9.
