Well it's been a long couple days we decided to pull apart a parts truck yank the engine out reseal it and put it in the tow truck we started on it yesterday but we are back in business for now!

People with 12 valve engines often think they need to put some timing into them to make them run better, yes it absolutely makes them run awesome , but without supporting modifications is not a good idea I decided to try it out on this Cummins engine in the tow truck and I made it 25 miles it was a fun 25 miles but it was a non-o-ringed head and the head gasket did not make it and while the gasket blew out it also tore up two Pistons in the process and this is the reason why I will not degree somebody else's engine without supporting modifications

Well it was a long 7 weeks working on this thing in our "free time" but its finally done , not "finished " but has cold ac , mild built 12v cummins engine , 5 speed nv4500 trans decent stereo , 2 13k electric winches on the bed all new brakes , rebuilt front end and a clean interior! And yes everything is for sale 🤑

Got the front clip on the tow truck and it turned into a bunch of work , the donor truck had a rusted out core support but good headlight buckets so had to cut out the old single headlight bucket mount and install the Dual headlight bucket mounts ! It's coming together slowly but surely!

Got started on another Dodge project ! I could not find a good chassis with the correct wheelbase so I had to start with shorting up the frame to make the wheelbase correct for the wrecker bed and make body mounts to put a 68 sweptline cab on a 98 Dodge chassis with a Cummins 5-speed ,this one's going to be a neat one and of course with every old truck build you have to start with some rust repair just to get the cab sturdy enough to mount on to another chassis this is going to be a rat rod project so it's not going to be perfect but functional stay tuned for more updates

There has been a lot going on and haven't thought to post much but got a update on some shop projects! We found a 53 panel dodge panel wagon and decided to start over on the 4bt cummins swapped "pro touring " chassis truck and build it into a wagon!

Started on this one last February 2nd so this marks one year apart this project wasn't worked on consistently we were coming up with plans on which direction to go ,and collecting Parts throughout the year ,but now it runs and drives great under its own power there was a new floor built and installed , along with new cab mounts,fire wall , custom intercooler and radiator ,front mounted transmission cooler rear mount AC condenser this truck has heat AC with a 95 Dodge 3500 Cummins chassis underneath it with a rebuilt 47rh overdrive/with lockup converter, it still needs a couple little things finished up on it but it's going to be a neat little show truck / farm truck
