3️⃣ Land Development & Permits:
🚧 Before delivery, the home site must be prepared, local permits approved, site grading and foundation set up, and utility infrastructure (electricity, water, and septic) installed. Zoning and permitting vary by county, so make sure you're compliant with the county you will call home.
4️⃣ Final Closing, Delivery, & Setup:
🧾 You'll close on the deal, and we'll help coordinate the process to get your home delivered and set up to your liking.
5️⃣ Final Walkthrough & Move-In:
