Good morning! Just checking in to see how everyone is doing. Is your car not liking the time change and the wild swings in temperature. You need the heat on in the morning to break the chill and by noon you are running the AC. Come get it checked out.

Just remember that with the devestation that we are seeing after Beryl has left in its path, comes the predators. Those folks who are after your hard earned money. With that in mind, here are a few things to consider.

1. Don’t pay for work to your home in advance. If they don’t have the money to buy the materials in advance use a different contractor!

2. Make sure you verify they are licensed and insured in Texas.

3. Be wary of people asking for help due to their circumstances. Confirm they are who they say they are. Donate to organizations that can help people in need.

4. Be careful of people selling things online needed in this emergency such as generators. If they ask for money in advance to hold the item before you can physically look at it, dont pay them.
