Heintz Performance, Inc. Acquiring Woodward Machine Corporation
Concord, NC — September 16th, 2026 — Heintz Performance, Inc., a motorsports and performance retailer headquartered in Concord, North Carolina, today announced it is acquiring Woodward Machine Corporation, a long-standing manufacturer of power steering systems and components based in Casper, Wyoming.
The acquisition will culminate a 30-year relationship between two companies with a shared commitment to manufacturing excellence, quality craftsmanship, customer service, and long-term relationships within the motorsports and automotive aftermarket across the globe.
Woodward Machine Corporation (WMC) will continue operations in Casper while benefiting from the experience and sales knowledge of Heintz Performance. The acquisition is intended to build upon Woodward Machine Corporation’s established reputation while creating new opportunities for growth, expanded capabilities, and enhanced service to its customers.

Heintz Performance will continue to supply its customers in the Concord/Charlotte, NC region with an expanded inventory and focus on customer service and product knowledge, things Heintz is known for in the industry.

The company will continue serving its dealer network from its Casper location, with Scott and his wife Dawn splitting time between both businesses.
