Not our normal post, but something we would like to share. We took some time in between installs to run some tests on our urethane and our install process.
Every install is done to the same Ping Precision Standard. In most cases, we take it over the top to ensure quality and safety standards are always met. The test was simple. We used the same materials we use on every install, but tested different prep steps to see how the bond reacted and if there's any way to improve. The results were pretty incredible.
After some calculations, we determined that an average install in our shop has enough strength to actually hold the weight of the car or truck. Our install products and methods are that strong. Now, we can't say for certain that every install rolls out of our shop with this exact guarantee, there are too many variables in a vehicle, but what we can guarantee is that every install is done to an incredibly high standard. It’s a standard we will never compromise on, and these tests prove why.
