8 oz cream cheese, softened
RED, WHITE, & BLUE CHEESECAKE PARFAITS

½ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup strawberries, chopped
1 cup blueberries
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions:

In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.
In serving cups, layer graham cracker crumbs, cheesecake mixture, strawberries, and blueberries.
Repeat layers until cups are filled. Top with additional whipped cream and a berry.
Chill before serving.
