WORK CAMPER NEEDED — SILVER SPRINGS RV PARK & TROUT POND

Cloudcroft, New Mexico | Fall/Winter 2026 → Spring/Summer 2027

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, hands-on work camper to join us at Silver Springs RV Park & Trout Pond.

Our fall and winter season is slower, but we need someone who enjoys being on the property and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. Snow is part of the deal up here, so being willing and able to help with snow clearing is important!

FALL & WINTER DUTIES

• Be a dependable presence on site
• Maintain and care for the park and property
• Help with snow clearing and winter weather needs
• Keep common areas clean and presentable
• Assist guests and answer questions
• Help with occasional maintenance and projects
• Monitor the property and report any issues
• Help wherever needed to keep the park running smoothly

Then, when spring and summer arrive, things get busy!

SPRING & SUMMER 2027

Duties will include:
• Managing daily RV park operations
• Taking reservations and assisting guests
• Customer service and check-ins
• Helping campers back into their sites
• Maintaining grounds and keeping the park looking great
• Caring for and maintaining the trout pond
• Fish cleaning and assisting fishing guests
• Helping in the storefront
• Stocking and organizing merchandise
• General maintenance and projects
• Helping with events and activities
• Pitching in wherever needed during busy weekends and holidays

WHAT WE PROVIDE

🏕️ RV site with hookups provided
💰 Additional compensation can be negotiated based on experience, availability and responsibilities

The right person is friendly, outgoing, dependable and not afraid to work. We want someone who enjoys meeting people, being outdoors and taking pride in the place they call home for the season.

Non-smoker is preferred. No drug use. Must be comfortable working independently and interacting with guests.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to spend the seasons in beautiful Cloudcroft, New Mexico, while being part of a small, family-run RV park with a trout pond and plenty of mountain air.
