We remove old, clean roof area for new install, repair any issues found inside near ducts to insure the most amount of cold air goes into ducts and not into ceiling (VERY IMPORTANT), test unit & dispose of old unit. RIGHT NOW DOMETIC has a rebate so if you are debating on replacing your unit, don't wait!
