Race To Success - Student Highlight: Hudson McCollum

Racing has always been the goal—and for Hudson, Radford was another step toward becoming a professional sports car racer, with dreams of racing at the Rolex 24 and Sebring. 🏁

I chose Radford because it’s very prestigious, and the 2-day training was amazing. After his 2-day training, his biggest takeaway was learning how to save an oversteer, followed by a better understanding of weight dynamics.

Inspired by those who showed him that professional racing is possible at any age, Hudson hopes to not only chase his own racing goals, but give back to others along the way. “It is possible. Difficult, but possible.

Sunup to sundown. 100-degree asphalt, constant heat cycles, and drivers pushing every gear change to the absolute limit.

Our fleet runs non-stop, session after session, demanding everything from the cars and the engines. The only break they get is for fuel and more PENNZOIL. We don’t just use it; we depend on it to keep the entire school running. This is non-stop performance at the limit thanks to them.
