HELP WANTED — AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER / FRONT OFFICE

Aves Auto Repair – Brownsburg, Indiana

We are looking for a dependable, friendly and organized person to run our front office and assist our customers.

Hours:
Monday–Friday
7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting and checking in customers
• Writing up repair orders and invoices
• Checking customers out and taking payments
• Answering phones
• Communicating with customers about their vehicle repairs
• Working with our mechanics to keep jobs organized
• General front-office duties

Automotive experience is helpful, but we’re especially looking for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable with computers, and great with customers.

Full-time position at Aves Auto Repair in Brownsburg.
