Manifold Monday: Not all manifolds are created equal.

Cast iron, polished aluminum, custom fabricated, turbocharged, carbureted, or even 3D printed, every manifold is designed to solve a different problem.

Some prioritize reliability. Some chase performance. Some are simply beautiful pieces of engineering.

Thinking about a performance upgrade for your classic? Let's talk. ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Rain or shine, British car enthusiasts always show up. ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง

The 2026 Champagne British Car Festival was another fantastic event. The featured marque was Mini, and the turnout was impressive despite some Sunday rain.

We're proud to sponsor this event and support the British car community. This video offers a great 10-minute walk through the show field and captures many of the special cars that made the trip to Bloomington.

Enjoy the tour! ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿš—โœจ

Today, we pause to honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

At 3 PM local time, we invite you to join the National Moment of Remembrance with one minute of silence.

From all of us at Itโ€™s Alive Automotive, thank you to those who served, and to the families who carry their memory forward. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

This 1973 Triumph GT6 came in running rough, and Jeff quickly found the problem: only three of the six cylinders were firing.

After checking the usual suspects, he traced it to the front carburetor. The piston wasnโ€™t lifting, and once the top came off, the issue was obvious.

Sometimes a classic car problem looks serious, but the fix is one careful turn away.

Having trouble with your British classic? Give us a call. We may even be able to point you in the right direction over the phone.

โžก๏ธ๐Ÿ“ฝ๏ธ Walk Around Wednesday: Morgan 3 Wheeler

To understand this machine, you have to go back to where Morgan began.

Founded in 1909, Morgan Motor Company built its reputation on lightweight, hand-built vehicles that were clever, efficient, and genuinely fun to drive. Not fast just for the sake of speed, but quick because they were simple, light, and full of character.

Our 2013 Morgan 3 Wheeler carries that same spirit forward.

With its exposed V-twin engine, aircraft-inspired cockpit, unmistakable stance, and beautifully analog feel, this is not a car you simply drive. It is one you experience.

Raw, loud, mechanical, and impossible not to smile at, the 3 Wheeler is a reminder of what motoring used to be, and what it can still be. ๐Ÿ’ช

A century of British eccentricity, craftsmanship, and character distilled into three wheels.

We love seeing these badges! Some badges identify the car. Others tell the story around it.
โžก๏ธ Club badges, rally badges, city crests, and touring emblems were a classic way for owners to show where they had been, who they drove with, and what communities their cars belonged to.

Each badge adds another stop, another story, another piece of the carโ€™s life.๐Ÿ‘Œ

Sometimes the details that take the most work are the ones most people never notice. ๐Ÿ‘€
We recently reworked and refinished this firewall to better accommodate the updated drivetrain setup, then carried the same root beer accent color into the engine bay to tie everything together visually. ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Fit, finish, and attention to detail matter just as much as horsepower. This one is coming along nicely.
