To all of our family, customers and the community. We would just like to say “Thank You” for all of your continued support and recommendations to our small family owned auto repair shop. Without all of you we wouldn’t be able to continue to do what we do. Joe, Matt, Nate, Jared and myself are very grateful, and look forward to continuing to serve you and the community for many more years to come. We feel it is all about customer service, honesty, fair pricing and not upselling to make more money, hence that is how Commission Free came about, because no one is ever paid a commission. That has been our Family Mission and goals since we opened in St. Ann in 2013.

We would like to let our customers, friends and family know that we will be closed for the holiday from Saturday, December 23 through December 25th and re-open on Tuesday December 26th at 8:00a.m.

Just a friendly reminder. We ask that no cars be dropped off at our shop from Friday night through Sunday night. As well as during the week. We understand that things happen with vehicles that have to be towed in and that is beyond your control. We want to let you know that when your vehicle is dropped off after hours we are not responsible for it. More specifically, we ask that no SUV’s, Vans, Trucks, Hyundai, Kias or Prius be dropped. It’s amazing the price that thieves can get for a catalytic converter on any of these vehicles, but more specifically on the Prius. Also, anyone who lives in St. Louis knows that there is an issue with the Kia’s and Hyundai’s being stolen. We have posted similar post several times and it works for awhile and then people go back to dropping their vehicles again. But again, if you drop your vehicle at night during the week or on tbe weekends, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any issues that may arise. When we have your vehicle at our shop with an appointment, we do everything possible to get it back to you the same day, if we can’t we put the high risk vehicles inside if space is available. Please understand we have limited space to store vehicles and that is the reason we try to get them back to the customer the same day. We would like to thank the City of St. Ann as well as all of our customers and the community that we serve. Without the support of all of you, we wouldn’t be in our 10th year of business in St. Ann. We were presented with this award today, and greatly appreciate it.
It means more than you realize to us as a small family owned business.

We would like to thank the St. Ann Police Department, dispatchers and all other employees who are so quick to respond to any issue that may arise at our shop. In our eyes St. Ann is the best police department around.
Tonight there was some questionable activity happening around the area of our shop and we had some vehicles sitting outside that would normally be inside, that happened to be brought to us after hours. So we called and asked for extra patrol tonight and they were very courteous and said it would not be an issue. So an officer came by right after we called and checked our lot. Well around 11:44p.m. Joe and I went to the shop to move 2 of the SUV’s inside (so that the catalytic converters would not get stolen.) We did not let St. Ann Police know because we didn’t want to bother them, and when they went through our lot at approximately 1:20a.m. it was the same officer who checked our lot earlier and he immediately noticed those 2 vehicles were gone from where they were parked, so they contacted us to let us know. We advised them that we did come down and put them inside and that we really appreciate all the dedication and hard work they do. So again, thank you to the St.Ann Police dept. it’s officers and dispatchers for all you do to protect the businesses and people in your community.

We would like to thank all of our customers, friends and family for your continued support and confidence in our family owned and operated automotive repair shop. Without you (our customers), we wouldn’t be as successful as we are. With Joes 31 years experience in the automotive repair industry and the boys having degrees from Rankin Technical College it allows us to have the experience and confidence needed to continue to do the work we do. We have an A+ rating with the BBB, as well as being an ASE Certified Shop.

It means so much to our whole family every time we see a recommendation on a page or hear about a recommendation from one of our customers to a new customer coming in. Our customers are what keeps our business going, and for that we are grateful more than you know.
