Master Tech Diesel is hiring for a full-time injector technician. The responsibilities include injector disassembly, cleaning, inspecting, assembling, and calibrating common rail injectors. All injector rebuilding is done in a cleanroom. The position requires no previous experience. We provide all the necessary tools and training. The position requires organization skills, being detail-oriented, being able to lift up to 50lbs, and being on their feet all day. Business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.

A good customer of ours dropped off this Bosch P7100 for a health check. After deeming the pump fit for a bench run, we were able to rap her up and get a nice balance up top at a respectful 400+ cc's of fuel! Should be a fun pump!

We get the question almost every week, "What took out my injectors?" Well upon inspection of this FCA/MPROP off of 2006 Dodge 5.9L, we found heavy scoring on the internal valve assembly. This is why we replace the actuators with brand new Bosch OE FCAs on all of our remanufactured pumps. Don't let a pump be the spawn of an expensive injector headache!
