Can't wait to see you at The Blues Brothers Tribute!😎

Tomorrow night, LumenQuest kicks things off at 6:30 PM, followed by Sweet Home Chicago Band, a Blues Brothers tribute, at 7:00 PM 🎶 It’s *318* miles to Chicago, so grab your sunglasses, put on your hat, and get ready for a night of blues!

All proceeds collected through Pass the Bucket will benefit Brian's House Community Group on September 2nd.

2026 Wednesdays in the Park Lineup:
☀️ September 2: Sweet Home Chicago Band (Blues Brothers Tribute), benefiting Brian’s House
☀️ September 9: Chase & Con + Powerage (AC/DC Tribute)

Free Bay Metro transportation will be available, with pickups every 30 minutes:
• West Side: Veteran’s Park near the Boat Launch at 5:30, 6:00 and 6:30 PM
• East Side: Adams & 5th Street Lot at 5:45, 6:15 and 6:45 PM
• Return rides: Depart Wenonah Park at 9:00 PM

Food trucks on site:

• Johnny’s Kitchen
• Pizza Forada Napoletana
• Excited Goat Coffee Company
• Rollin Smoke BBQ
& the concession stand will be open!

🌷 What exactly is going to be happening at Power of the Purse this year? 👜

The answer is: A LOT! 🎉🎶

Several businesses, entertainers, and volunteers will be joining us for the evening to keep you entertained all night long! String music will set the tone for our Garden Party, with several themed touches that are sure to delight. This graphic doesn't even mention our tea station! ☕🫖

Of course, there are hundreds of purses 👜 available through our live and silent auctions, $10 deal tables, Buy It Now bags️, and raffles. Whether you're looking for a designer purse or something totally unique, you'll find it here! 🌟

Warm Hearts and Soles Program applications are NOW OPEN! United Way of Bay County is partnering with The Margaret Jane Stoker Charitable Trust from Huntington National Bank and Laborers Local 1098 this year to provide Bay County Pre-K and Elementary School students with warm boots and coats for the winter season! ❄⛄
