When we say we strive to take care of our customers, we mean it.
Mr. Raymond Bradley broke down while traveling in Southern Illinois. After being towed to the nearest Chevrolet dealership, he was told it could take up to 6 months to replace the engine in his truck.
Instead, he called his dealership.
We immediately sent a rollback to pick up his truck and a loaner vehicle so he could get back home. We were even told the dealership in Illinois was surprised weād actually do it.
Wellā¦ we did.
Not only did we bring his truck home, but our service team had it repaired in just 45 days.
