You're loading the G-Wagon for Thanksgiving at your in-laws'.

Kids in the back. Bags in the trunk.

Then you smell something sweet coming through the vents.

That's coolant.

On twin-turbo V8 Mercedes engines, the plastic coolant lines up front get brittle from years of heat cycles.

They don't give much warning before they crack.

We caught one on a G-Wagon this month before it left the owner stranded on 80.

MV Automotive has about 25 years of dealer-level Mercedes experience.

Folsom drivers, it's a short drive up the hill to Auburn.

Get it checked before the holiday rush, not during it.

The dealership sees just another car, we see our neighbor's car.

Fall is coming to the foothills, and it's the season to finally deal with the light that's been on all summer. The difference is who you bring it to.

The dealer quotes you the whole list. The quick-lube down the road guesses. We will perform a free scan, and show you exactly what's going on with our 15-minute, free no-wrench inspection. All of our inspections deliver an honest answer, with a list highlighting the priorities to keep you safe.

Family-owned. European specialists. Serving Auburn since 2005 and putting money back into the same community we drive through every day.

New school year, new routine good time to get your Euro on one too. 🍂

The heat that had your AC struggling all summer is finally breaking. That makes fall the moment to get proactive: AC, fluids, brakes, the works — before the school-run chaos and the first cold mornings.

We keep Auburn's European families rolling. Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche.

🚐 Got a Sprinter?

Read this before your transmission leaves you stranded.

Here's something most Sprinter owners don't know:

Mercedes never gave these vans a bigger transmission to match the weight they haul.
Cargo, tools, camper builds, RV conversions — it's all riding on a transmission that's working harder than it was built for.

That's why transmission trouble is one of the most common repairs we see on Sprinters as the miles add up. It's the Achilles' heel of the van.

The good news? We're set up to actually handle it right.

📍 Right above downtown Auburn, our shop has the open floor space to pull the crossmember, unbolt the trans from the engine, and drop the driveshaft
without a drive-on lift getting in the way.

That means faster, cleaner access and a repair done the right way the first time.
We also handle Sprinter maintenance, smog checks, and general repairs — cargo vans, plumbing rigs, RV conversions, all of it.

If your Sprinter's got some miles on it (or you've noticed shifting that doesn't feel right), don't wait for it to strand you.

📞 Call us at (530) 328-0898 or stop by — let's get it looked at before it becomes a bigger job.
