JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform various manufacturing processes including manual/semi-automatic assembly
Production Worker will report to the floor supervisor for daily or weekly assigned duties. Position will include training for a variety of roles (all training provided in house).
WHAT’S THE JOB?
$16/hr plus shift premium; Monday-Friday, weekends as needed – 40-50 hrs/week
Follow established policies and procedures
Operate equipment in a safe and productive manner
Maintain production pace
Immediately report issues to team leader, supervisor or quality control
Follow daily production schedule and production materials given by Supervisor
Maintain a clean work environment
Work in other production departments as needed
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE JOB
Prior manufacturing plant experience/familiarity with basic automotive assembly machine functions
Available to work overtime as needed
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Willing to work various job duties as assigned
Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
