Ullman Sails Annapolis is a new loft in the heart of Eastport in Annapolis. We offer custom sails, built by sailors, for the Chesapeake Bay region. Because we think building long-term relationships is as important as building fast and durable sails. We will meet you at your boat and take the time to understand exactly what you need. We then build you a custom product to fill those needs. We offer the very best in cruising and racing sails & service along with a great approach helping you get more out of
your time on your sailboat. We can help you step up your knowledge, performance and enjoyment on the boat. If you are a One Design sailor, we can assure you we have superior designs along with the best materials to provide you a very fastest sail on the market! The sails built by Ullman Sails Annapolis are custom in every way, not the “cookie cutter” sails pumped out by other lofts. You will get hand built sails made from the best premium materials by passionate sailors who take pride in what they do. "One of the best parts of working with sailors around the world is seeing where our sails end up.

From local racecourses to long-distance cruising grounds, there's always something happening in the Ullman community.

This one's from Paul and Meg aboard Rodeless, their Balance 482, which has carried them across three oceans and an incredible 30,000 nautical miles since leaving Cape Town in 2022.

From beautiful sunsets to 40-knot winds in the North Atlantic, they've certainly had their share of adventures!

Some materials are chosen for durability and easy handling. Others are designed to hold their shape under higher loads.

And there’s quite a bit in between.

It’s one of the reasons we spend so much time talking about how a boat is actually used before recommending a sail.
