Seven Horses Restoration

This week, the building next to Seven Horses Restoration was finally demolished after sitting condemned for several years, long before we moved in. Inside that old building were several abandoned classic cars and trucks that had been trapped there for years. Unfortunately, they could not be removed safely prior to the demo. They did their best, wasn’t meant to be.

We’re excited to see progress and what comes next for the property, but we’d be lying if we said it wasn’t hard to watch. Sorry about my groaning in the video but it was a gut punch to see “the end” of a legacy.

I can’t help but wonder who drove those cars home for the first time, which grandchild learned to drive in them, how many of them had been to prom, or graduation and who was the last person to say “I’m going to get to it someday and fix it up, just like it was!”

Every Classic Car & Truck has a story.
Some are bigger stories than others but they are all great stories!

**Very Special Moment for Ms. Betty and her daughter Kathi yesterday. Kathi & Sam we appreciate you for choosing us as your team to assist you with refurbishing your family's legacy Mustang back to its original Prairie Bronze and factory specs. Thank you so much for the awesome experience of seeing your mother Betty reunited with the car and welcoming all of us to share it with you, Thank you to all of our friends that came out to support Betty, Kathi and Sam. The joy on Ms. Betty's face was reward enough, but the look of shock when Sam teased her about it "only being our 2nd car to paint" was priceless!

66 Rangoon Red Bronco is Going Home Monday after we reinstall the soft top. We started this project November 3rd and finished December 5th. FYI, check out the hubcaps, they are the originals, 1 year only. Seats are correct factory grey/silver, thanks Mr. Joe and Jody Pichardo and Vince Nigro on the FORD graphics!

I’ll Be Home for Christmas!
Start Date 11/3, we are in final assembly now and on target to finish our part of the project by 12/5.
***This Legacy 1966 Bronco was purchased new at Arrow Ford by a family friend of the current owners. It is a true 1st year 66 Roadster, at some point in its life, auxiliary fuel taks and doors were added, the tanks have been removed and holes weld patched. As many Bronco projects as we have refurbished over last decade, this was our first Roadster and by far the most well documented history.
Paint is Original Factory Rangoon Red with Wimbledon White.
