As General Sales Manager, you'll lead and inspire a team of Sales Executives, Business Managers and support colleagues, driving performance across new and used vehicle sales, finance, and add-on products. You'll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving outstanding results, and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
✅ £45,000 basic salary with £65,000 OTE
