Transit custom for a wetbelt kit replacement & a new water pump.

Van had been well maintained and the old belt was in a decent condition. No debris in the sump!

Check out the grove worn in to the crank pulley from the old crank seal! This can be the cause of oil leaks after a new timing cover/crank seal has been fitted!

New crank pulley also fitted to avoid any of those issues. 💪

Opted to have the chain replaced at just the right time I reckon 😂

Van had just kit 120k miles.

New FEBI chain kit fitted.

Another PSA 1.2 pure tech wetbelt replacement!

A Citroen for a belt replacement after the customer was getting low oil pressure warning messages on the dash. Common symptoms for when these belts start failing!

New belt kit fit and sump all cleaned out. Car is now useable again! 😂

Timing chain replacement!! ⛓️‍💥

New shape Renault Trafic 2020

2.0 M9R engine for a routine timing chain replacement. 120k miles, chain was in good condition!

These newer 2.0 M9R engines seem to have a pretty robust chain set up. Maybe they have done something right with this one 😂

New genuine chain kit fitted.

Ford fiesta 1.0 eco boost for a well overdue wetbelt replacement!!! Just about to hit 70k miles.

Intermittent low oil pressure warning on the dash. A Good sign that the wetbelt needs replacing.

This belt was very badly cracked & split all over & the oil pump pick up gauze was badly blocked! 😅

All cleaned out and new belts fitted. New water pump & gaskets etc.

Good to go again now 👍

New shape Vauxhall Corsa with the 1.2 psa engine fitted for a wetbelt replacement.

Old belt was starting to crack badly.

Oil pick up pipe was nice and clear which was a good sign! No belt debris blocking it 🙌
