**PUBLIC INFORMATION ANNOUNCEMENT**
We use an AI Receptionist here at Dorset Auto Restore Ltd, called Jodie, who when Warren is unavailable, will take your name, phone number and brief description of your issue.
**WHY DO WE USE AN AI RECEPTIONIST**
We are busy here at the workshop, Warren is either prepping a car, mixing paint or spraying, and is normally at a stage where he can't break away, we also have lots of noise e.g compressor going, heat gun and radio on.
He also sometimes needs to collect parts or paints.
We sometimes close the office door when spraying so we don't get overspray on everything, so sometimes we don't hear the phone, instead of leaving it to ring, we have Jodie from to take some details, name, phone number and description of your issue.
Warren WILL call you back that day, when he can break off from what he is doing.
**CAN I BE RUDE TO THE AI RECEPTIONIST**
Would you be rude to any other receptionist? Probably no, so don't be rude to the AI, Warren can hear EVERY CALL when he checks the dashboard, saying you'd rather speak to a human, doesn't help! Its actually Counter Productive as we don't have your name or details to call you back,

We've had people say, 'I won't talk to a machine' yet would leave a message on an answering machine...which is....A MACHINE.
We've had people swearing at it, DON'T DO THAT, We hear EVERYTHING.
