We are a busy family-run business group looking for a reliable, practical and hardworking individual to support across:

🚗 Fleet Autocentre
🏗️ Fleet Facilities & Contracting
🏡 Wider Fleet Group & family projects

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are ever the same.

⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing

* General property maintenance & repairs
* Painting, decorating & DIY tasks
* Labouring support across projects
* Gardening & outdoor upkeep mowing, hedge cutting, weeding
* Organising tools, equipment & storage areas
* Deliveries, collections & stock movement
* Vehicle pick-ups & drop-offs
* Cleaning cars, vans & workshop vehicles
* Collecting parts & materials
* Keeping work areas clean, safe & well organised
* General day-to-day support across business & family needs

👤 About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Reliable, trustworthy & punctual
* Practical, hands-on & not afraid to get stuck in
* Organised with good initiative
* Comfortable working alone or as part of a team
* Flexible and happy to switch between different tasks
* Experienced in maintenance, DIY, decorating, gardening or labouring

🚗 Full UK driving licence is essential
